Beekman Townhome

The project is a mixed-use development consisting of 3-story townhomes, a 4,200 square foot retail center and a 3,000 square foot recreation building. The 1,840 square foot townhome design offers flexibility to appeal to a variety of potential homeowners, including first-time homebuyers, young families or professionals, and singles who wish to share living space with a friend or sibling. Designed for a 20’×45’ homesite, the ground level offers the option for a partially finished area along with a two-car garage. The second floor includes a living and dining room, kitchen and gathering/family room as well as a powder room and study. The third floor is comprised of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with the option of 2 master suites, each with ensuite bath.

Bridgewater Multi-Family

This 8-acre site in Bridgewater, NJ has only 6 acres of usable land due to drastic slopes and flood areas. Country Classics approached us to design the building on a pre-approved footprint. We created 51 total units with a lower level community space, storage areas, and individual private garages. The rental units are a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms.

Westfield Townhomes

Country Classics proposed rezoning of an existing single family lot just under an acre in Westfield, NJ. The developer wanted to construct 6 townhomes that were 3-stories and approximately 2,800 square feet. There were several challenges, however. The first was a large grade differential from the street to the lot. Adjoining properties also limited access to the site. Since the surrounding area was made up of single-family homes, we needed to integrate the clusters of pre-zoned townhomes, while working around the grade difference. We did it seamlessly, through careful planning and exceptional design work.

Montgomery Multi-Family

Located on Route 206 in Montgomery, NJ, this redevelopment site stretches approximately 5 acres. It has its challenges with a large grade difference from the road to the rear of the site, and a very narrow width. We worked with Country Classics to propose 2-3 story buildings with 115 rental units that fit neatly within the footprint and adjusted for the grade differential.
